Interleaved layer technology
Zerapure uses the manufacturer’s patented interleaved layer structure: each layer is woven into the next, rather than stacked, for stronger interlayer bonding and shear resistance, a seamless gradient, uniform shrinkage and near-zero deformation.
Layer structure
Incisal to cervical.
| Layer | Share | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Incisal | 20% | High translucency |
| Transition | 10% | Seamless gradient |
| Transition | 10% | Seamless gradient |
| Dentin | 40% | CAM-friendly |
| Transition | 10% | Seamless gradient |
| Cervical | 10% | High strength |
Strength gradient: 1200 MPa at the cervical for strength, 800 MPa at the incisal for lifelike esthetics and translucency.
