Professional Multilayer Zirconia · 98 mm

Strength where you need it. Beauty where they see it.

Most zirconia asks you to choose between strength and beauty. Zerapure does not. One interleaved multilayer disc, from a single crown to a full arch, designed & engineered in New York City by Advanced Dental Laboratory.

Strength you can’t see.

Beauty you can.

1200 MPa at the cervical for strength. 800 MPa at the incisal for lifelike esthetics and translucency. One disc.

For doctors

Strength at the margin, lifelike translucency at the edge.

For lab technicians

One multilayer disc, from a single crown to a full arch.

Precision

Cut clean. Sinter true.

A CAM-friendly dentin layer mills smoothly. Uniform shrinkage and near-zero deformation keep long spans true through the furnace, from a single crown to a 14-unit bridge.

The disc

Professional Multilayer Zirconia.

Diameter 98 mm, in 12–25 mm thicknesses (28 and 30 mm on custom order) and 19 shades. Each disc carries a seamless six-layer gradient: high translucency at the incisal, high strength at the cervical.

Why Zerapure

Made for the bench.
Finished at the chair.

Interleaved layer technology

Layers interlock rather than simply stack, for stronger interlayer bonding and shear resistance with a seamless shade gradient.

Predictable in the furnace

Uniform shrinkage and near-zero deformation, with a flexible 1520–1560 °C sintering range and programs from fast single units to 14-unit bridges.

Glaze & go

No staining needed. Natural incisal translucency and a high-strength cervical, ready to glaze straight from sintering.

The gradient

Six layers. One seamless restoration.

Questions

Frequently asked

What sizes are Zerapure zirconia discs available in?

Zerapure is a 98 mm system disc in 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 25 mm thicknesses, with 28 and 30 mm available on custom order.

Does Zerapure need staining?

No. Zerapure is designed for a glaze-and-go workflow: the built-in multilayer gradient delivers natural shade transition without staining.

Can Zerapure be used for implant bridges?

Yes. Indications include implant-supported restorations, including long-span implant bridges, and full-contour bridges up to 14 units. It is compatible with opaque/masking liquids for masking implant abutments.

What sintering temperature does Zerapure use?

Zerapure has a flexible sintering range of 1520–1560 °C, with fast (1–3 units), standard (1–5 units) and long-bridge (1–14 units) programs.

Which shades are available?

A1–A4 (incl. A3.5), B1–B4, C1–C4, D2–D4, and bleach shades 0M1, 0M2 and 0M3.
